eNETDNC is an Ethernet based CNC data management system that provides flexible, secure, reliable and cost effective data management, by allowing the user to connect CNC machine controls using an existing computer network.
In addition to the basic DNC functions the eNETDNC system includes a full-featured CNC file editor. The editor provides useful programming tools including 2-D and 3-D back plotting and Smart File Compare. System security protects CNC files from unapproved access while providing machinists downloading capabilities.
The eNETDNC system can be configured to include machine monitoring and data collection. The machine-monitoring feature allows machine shop management to get real time status for any machine on the shop floor.
eNETDNC Cabled DNC
eNETDNC’s Ethernet based CNC file management system allows the user to connect CNC machine controls using an existing computer network.
eNETDNC Wireless DNC
Get manufacturing flexibility without compromising your system’s reliability with eNETDNC’s Wireless DNC. eNETDNC’s Wireless DNC can connect all your CNCs or can be used in conjunction with an eNETDNC cabled DNC network system. In today's lean manufacturing environment, machine tools need to be more mobile. eNETDNC’s Wireless DNC solution enables CNC mobility without loss of DNC integrity.
eNETDNC Machine Monitoring
The machine-monitoring feature provides instant status of any CNC machine in the shop and allows for collection of real-time production data directly from the machine controls. Using the DNC connection to the machine tool and a special monitoring board, the eNET system is able to monitor the CNC control activity and provide production relevant information about the machine operation.
In addition to the machine monitoring, the eNET DNC system can also be configured to include data collection capabilities. With the addition of our E-Terminal, the DNC system can be upgraded to a full featured data collection system allowing machine operators to communicate job-related information directly from their machine. This data can then be configured to upload into your existing shop floor management system.
